Citeframe uses the information you send us to respond to questions, manage early access requests, and discuss Citeframe with you. Contact us at hello@citeframe.io with privacy questions or requests.

Information you provide

Our forms collect your name and email address, plus the optional channel, company, archive, and video information you choose to share. Contact messages also include a reason and message. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.

How we use and store it

We save submissions in our restricted WordPress database and send a notification to our Citeframe mailbox. We use WP Engine for hosting, Google Workspace for email, and Cloudflare for domain and network services. These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. We do not sell form details or add you to an unrelated marketing list.

Spam protection and technical data

We use a hidden spam field, expiring form tokens, and short-lived submission limits. Submission limits use a hashed network address for up to 20 minutes. Hosting and network providers may separately keep security and access logs. We do not add advertising trackers to this page; signing in to WordPress uses its necessary login cookies.

Connected YouTube workspaces

When you choose to connect YouTube, Citeframe uses your read-only Google authorization to import playlist and video metadata, selected viewer comments, and your channel’s audience-retention reports. Each connection belongs to its workspace. We keep connection tokens encrypted on the server. Imported API data is refreshed or removed within 30 days; disconnecting removes this workspace’s imported channel data and results. You can also revoke access through your Google Account. Completed transcripts you provide stay private to your workspace. AI analysis is a separate action that requires an approved processing ceiling; source excerpts are sent to the configured AI provider only for that analysis.

Your choices

Email hello@citeframe.io to ask to access, correct, or delete your submission, or to stop further contact. We may need to confirm your identity. We review inquiry records periodically and aim to remove those no longer needed for early access or an ongoing conversation. Backup copies can remain until the hosting provider’s normal retention period expires.

External sites, including the LiveSciFi Evidence Archive, have their own privacy practices. We will update this page when our collection or use of information changes.
